Bakery School - Chocolate Course

Chocolate Bakery Class

Day 1

Make and bake a rich Belgian chocolate cake.

Learn how to make chocolate wraps around the cake and build up layers.

Make handmade truffles and use to decorate the top of the cake.

Model handmade chocolate roses.

**We only use belgium chocolate for this course**

This course will allow you to master the art of chocolate. You will learn a variety of choclate work and tempering techniques. Using real belgium chocolate you make hand made trufflers and chocolate roses and decorate the final cake with your master creations.

The final cake will be similar to the picture attached.

All ingredients and materials are supplied. All you need to do is turn up and enjoy!

Due to being extremely popular there are limited number of spaces available for these two dates.

Course Info

The cake creator is now running lessons for all levels of expertise in sugarcraft. All lessons are shown below, numbers are limited.


Lesson Structure:

  • Each lesson will normally be 2 hours.
  • 1-2-1 experience where the cake creator will come around the class and speak individually with each class member.
  • You will gain professional and invaluable tips in sugar craft.
